If you own a Lincoln and need specialist service or repair in Dubai, Austrian Automotive Art is the workshop Dubai Lincoln owners trust. Our Al Quoz facility is staffed by certified technicians who understand Lincoln’s engineering inside and out — from the Navigator’s Continuously Controlled Damping air suspension to the Aviator’s twin-turbocharged PowerBoost hybrid drivetrain.
Lincoln vehicles are built to a different standard, and they deserve maintenance that matches it. We use genuine OEM parts, advanced Ford-platform diagnostics, and model-specific calibration tools to keep your Lincoln performing exactly as Lincoln intended — whether you drive a Navigator, Aviator, Corsair, Nautilus, Continental, or any MK-series model.
Our workshop serves Lincoln owners across Dubai, including Jumeirah, Motor City, Al Barsha, Downtown Dubai, JLT, and the wider UAE. Every service comes with a free vehicle health check and a written report — no surprises, no hidden costs.

Genuine Lincoln Parts
Our technicians hold Ford-platform certifications and receive regular training on Lincoln-specific systems, including the Continuous Controlled Damping suspension used in the Navigator and Nautilus, and the hybrid architecture in the Aviator.
We source only genuine OEM Lincoln and Ford-approved parts. Every component meets Lincoln’s factory specifications, preserving your vehicle’s performance, safety ratings, and resale value — and is backed by our 12-month parts and labour warranty.
Our workshop runs Ford IDS and FDRS diagnostic platforms — the same software Lincoln dealers use. This lets us read Lincoln-specific fault codes, re-programme control modules, and run live data tests that generic scan tools cannot access.
From a routine Lincoln service interval to a full drivetrain rebuild, our workshop handles everything in-house. We cover all Lincoln models sold in the UAE, including the Navigator, Aviator, Corsair, Nautilus, Continental, MKZ, MKC, MKX, and MKT.
Before any work begins, you receive a written estimate with itemised costs and a realistic completion timeline. We contact you at every milestone and never proceed with additional work without explicit approval — your trust is the foundation of every repair.
Lincoln Navigator and Aviator owners frequently report rough idling, sluggish acceleration, or check-engine lights triggered by fuel-injector wear or EGR-valve carbon build-up. Our IDS-platform diagnostic identifies the exact fault code, and our technicians perform precision engine repairs to restore full power and fuel efficiency. We also carry out scheduled timing-chain services, which Lincoln’s 3.5L EcoBoost engines typically require around 80,000 km.
Learn about engine repairLincoln’s 10-speed SelectShift automatic is known for exceptional smoothness, but owners of the Navigator and Nautilus sometimes experience transmission shudder at highway speeds or delayed gear engagement — both early signs of fluid degradation or solenoid wear. We carry out full transmission services, solenoid replacements, and clutch-pack rebuilds using Lincoln-specification fluids and OEM components to restore sharp, responsive gear changes.
The Lincoln Navigator’s weight demands high-performance brake components capable of sustained heavy loads in Dubai’s stop-start traffic. Common signs of brake wear include a pulsating pedal, grinding noise, or increased stopping distance. We inspect, resurface, or replace rotors and pads using OEM Lincoln parts, and recalibrate the electronic parking brake system on Navigator and Aviator models. All brake work is followed by a road test to confirm performance.
Lincoln’s Continuously Controlled Damping (CCD) air suspension is one of the brand’s most distinctive features and one of the most repair-intensive in Dubai’s climate. Air-spring leaks, compressor failures, and height-sensor faults are common in UAE heat. We carry both OEM air-spring assemblies and remanufactured alternatives to suit your budget, and we re-calibrate the ride-height control module after every suspension repair to ensure the system operates correctly.
Modern Lincoln vehicles rely on multiple networked control modules managing everything from infotainment to adaptive cruise control. Faulty SYNC 4A modules, parasitic battery drain, and BCM communication errors are among the most common electrical faults we see in Dubai-based Lincoln vehicles. Using Ford-licensed diagnostic software, we accurately pinpoint faults in wiring harnesses, control modules, and sensor networks — avoiding the trial-and-error part-swapping that inflates unnecessary repair costs.
In Dubai’s extreme summer heat, a fully functional Lincoln AC is non-negotiable. We service Lincoln’s dual-zone and tri-zone climate control systems, recharge refrigerant to factory levels, replace compressor clutch assemblies, and resolve the evaporator leaks that are common after several UAE summers. The Aviator’s rear-seat AC performance — often the first system to degrade — is a particular area of expertise for our team.
The Navigator’s all-wheel-drive system demands precise wheel alignment to prevent uneven tyre wear and preserve fuel efficiency. We carry Lincoln Navigator-specification run-flat and all-season tyres, perform four-wheel computerised alignment to Lincoln’s published tolerances, and balance all wheels with road-force balancing equipment to eliminate vibration at motorway speeds.
Dubai’s heat is one of the harshest environments for 12V lead-acid batteries and the 48V mild-hybrid system in the Aviator Grand Touring. We perform load-tested battery health checks, replace 12V AGM batteries with genuine Lincoln-rated units, and carry out hybrid battery diagnostics and cell balancing on Aviator PHEV models. A healthy battery is the difference between a cold-start morning and an emergency call-out.

It's not easy to find trustfull place in Dubai to fix the car. I got Shabaz(owner) number from my friends, they highly recommended him as he worked 15 years servising german cars. There was many issues on my porshe but he managed to fix that in less then 2 days as I told him I need car asap. This was quiet big cost, but prices are same like in other places no more no less. On top of that you get your car perfectly clean(that wasn't my request tho) Communicate went easy and he is available any time. High recommendation !!!

Our workshop is equipped and certified for every Lincoln model sold in the UAE, from the flagship Navigator to the MK-series crossovers. Whether you drive the latest Aviator Grand Touring hybrid or a pre-facelift MKX, our technicians have the tools, parts, and experience for your exact variant.
Lincoln recommends a full service every 12 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first. In Dubai’s high-temperature climate, more frequent oil changes (every 5,000–7,500 km) and air-filter checks are advisable to protect your engine and maintain warranty compliance. Our service team can advise a schedule tailored to your specific mileage and driving conditions.
Lincoln Aviator owners in the UAE most commonly report hybrid battery cooling issues, SYNC infotainment module faults, and air suspension settling. The Aviator Grand Touring PHEV also occasionally develops 48V mild-hybrid battery-management faults that require module re-programming. Our technicians are factory-trained for all these systems and carry OEM calibration tools for accurate diagnosis.
Yes. We use only genuine OEM Lincoln parts and Ford-approved equivalents for every repair. All parts come with a 12-month warranty, and we provide documentation of all components fitted so you have a complete service record. Using genuine parts also keeps your Lincoln manufacturer warranty intact if the vehicle is still under coverage.
Our workshop is located at Al Quoz Industrial Area 67-6B, Dubai, UAE. We are easily accessible from Motor City, Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Downtown Dubai, JLT, and Sheikh Zayed Road. Free parking is available on-site, and we can arrange collection and delivery for Lincoln owners across Dubai and the wider UAE on request.
A routine Lincoln service (oil change, filters, fluid check, and inspection) takes 2–4 hours. Complex repairs such as transmission overhauls, air suspension rebuilds, or hybrid battery work typically take 1–2 working days. We provide a transparent timeline estimate before any work begins and keep you updated throughout — you will never be left wondering about the status of your vehicle.
